The Chalkboard Wall

Somewhere back in time, a bar or cafe owner decided it might be cool to throw some chalk paint on a wall and draw things on it. Today it's everywhere and I've even noticed it sneaking into a few funky homes. 

I remember meeting with the owners of a family home that had a big bare wall in the kids play area. I suggested painting a blackboard on it and they agreed.

At opens, when we were marketing the home, visiting families were invited to draw things on the board with the chalk we provided.  It was an instant hit. Children even started crying when they had to leave.
